Comms
Slack
Bring your time-tracking moments into Slack — the place your team already lives. Daily timesheet digests, budget warnings as DMs, and a "/huble" slash command for starting and stopping timers without context-switching to another tab.
How it works
Install once from the Slack app directory; OAuth into Huble; choose the channel for digests and you're done in under three minutes.
Every notification respects user-level mute settings — if someone has Slack on Do Not Disturb, Huble does too.
What you get
- Daily timesheet digest posted to a channel of your choice
- Project budget warnings as direct messages at 70% / 90% / 100%
- /huble start [task] and /huble stop slash commands
- Optional reminder if you forget to log time before 6pm local
- Per-workspace install — separate Huble + Slack pairs per team
FAQ
Common questions about the Slack integration.
Does the slash command count keystrokes?
No. The slash command sends the literal text you type to Huble as a task label. We never read other Slack messages, and Huble has zero read access to channels outside the install workspace.
Can I disconnect Slack later?
Yes — disconnecting is one click from the Huble integrations page. All Slack-side data is purged within 30 days of disconnect.
