Screenshots
Screenshots are captured only during active tracking sessions, reviewable per member. The organization owner or admin sets the default, on or off, for the whole workspace, with the option to override it for individual members.
Apps
Desktop application usage is recorded during active tracking, grouped by member, with a detailed view organized by date for each person, so it's easy to see whether time on a task went into the right tools or got pulled into something else.
URLs
Website activity is recorded the same way, during active tracking only, grouped by member with the same per-date detail as Apps, giving context for the hours instead of just a total.

Is activity recorded outside of tracking sessions?
No. Nothing is collected unless the timer is actively running.
Are screenshots on by default?
That's up to the organization. The owner or admin sets the default when configuring the workspace, and it can be overridden per member from there.
Who can see a member's activity?
Visibility depends on role. Owner, Admin, and Manager can review activity for organization members within their access scope. Employees can only review their own.
How does this connect to Reports?
Activity recorded here feeds directly into the Project & Task Report and Apps and URLs Report.
Does activity tracking slow down my computer?
No. Capture runs in the background of the desktop app while the timer is on, and stops when you stop tracking.
Can I export app and URL data?
Yes. The Apps and URLs Report exports to CSV or PDF, filtered by member, team, or date range.
