WORK SNAPSHOTS

Proof of work that respects your team.

Screenshots are captured during active tracked sessions and grouped by member. Each screenshot is tagged with the project and task it belongs to. Choose between lighter coverage (1 shot per 10 minutes), balanced coverage (2 shots per 10 minutes), or detailed coverage (3 shots per 10 minutes). Blur is applied at capture time and cannot be undone later. Employees receive a desktop notification every time a screenshot is taken. Filter any session by member, project, task, team, or client.

FULL ADMIN CONTROL

One policy for the team. One toggle per person.

Activity settings are organization-wide and save automatically. Control screenshot frequency, blur, capture notifications, idle time handling, and which activity sources are enabled: keyboard and mouse, applications, and websites and URLs. Set the idle detection threshold. Choose how idle time is handled: prompt the member to review, mark automatically, or do not track idle at all. Every setting can be overridden per member independently.

WHY ACTIVITY TRACKING MATTERS

Stop guessing. Start knowing where the hours go.

Hours logged. Work unknown.

Your team submits timesheets every week. The hours look right. But nobody knows what those hours were actually spent on. Clients ask for proof of work and you have nothing to show except a number.

Surveillance that kills morale

Old-school trackers take screenshots every few minutes and push them straight to a manager dashboard. Teams resent it, trust collapses, and your best people start looking elsewhere within weeks.

The Huble difference

Activity data is grouped by member, project, and task. Employees are notified on every capture. Admins set the rules, members see their own data, and every setting is configurable per person. Visibility without surveillance.

FAQ

Common questions about activity and insights.

What does Huble capture during a tracked session?

Huble captures active desktop applications, websites and URLs visited, keyboard and mouse activity levels, and optional screenshots. All activity is tagged to the project and task the member is tracking against at the time of capture.

Are employees notified when screenshots are taken?

Yes. Every member receives a desktop notification each time a screenshot is captured. There are no hidden captures. The notify on capture setting is on by default and can be configured by the admin.

Who controls activity tracking settings?

The admin controls all activity settings at the organization level. Settings include screenshot frequency, blur, idle time handling, and whether app, URL, and screenshot tracking are enabled. Every setting can be overridden per member individually.

Can I classify apps and URLs as productive or unproductive?

Yes. The App and URL Classification page lets you mark any app or URL as Core work, Non-core work, or Unproductive. You can also assign categories like Code Editor, Browsing, or Communication. Classifications apply across the whole organization.

Can I filter activity by project or client?

Yes. Screenshots, Apps, and URLs all support filters for member, project, task, team, and client. Combine filters to see exactly the activity data you need.

Are screenshots blurred?

Yes. Blur is applied at capture time and cannot be undone later. It is on by default and controlled by the admin.

How is idle time handled?

After 15 minutes of inactivity the default setting prompts the member to review and confirm whether idle time should be logged. Admins can change this to mark automatically or do not track idle depending on the team preference.

Can I override activity settings per team member?

Yes. The Member overrides tab in Activity settings lets you turn screenshots, blur, capture notice, activity tracking, manual time, and timesheet edits on or off for each member individually.

Does URL tracking work in incognito mode?

No. URL tracking automatically pauses when an incognito or private browsing window is active.

Does activity tracking work offline?

Yes. Activity capture works fully offline. Data syncs automatically the next time the device connects to the internet.
