Last updated: July 16, 2026Effective: July 16, 2026

Huble is a product of Devntech LLC ("Huble", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huble time tracking, project management, and invoicing platform, including our websites, desktop and web applications, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

1. The Service

Huble provides a multi-tenant software as a service platform for time tracking, project management, and invoicing. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.

We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time. We may also add or remove features, and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Access or attempt to access the accounts, data, or workspaces of other customers.
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
  5. Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, or to send unsolicited communications.
  6. Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other customers.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Our order process and payments are conducted by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the seller of record for all orders placed through Huble, and is responsible for charging you, providing billing support, and handling refunds.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops further charges. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

All refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and our Refund Policy (https://gethuble.com/legal/refunds). To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net or contact us at support@gethuble.com

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST as the merchant of record.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial of the Service. Trials do not require a payment card and are provided as is. At the end of a trial, you will be asked to select a paid plan to continue using paid features. If you do not select a plan, your workspace may be limited or paused in accordance with the plan you choose at that time. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.

6. Customer data and ownership

As between you and Huble, you own the data you and your users submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights to submit it. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (https://gethuble.com/legal/privacy) and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (https://gethuble.com/legal/dpa).

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content provided by us, is owned by Devntech LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party products and services that you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period after termination, after which we may delete it in accordance with our data retention practices, except where retention is required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devntech LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devntech LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law
