Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Devntech LLC when you use Huble.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Huble lawfully and not to use it to surveil people without their consent, run automated abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Data processing

When your organization uses Huble, it decides what personal data about its team members is collected, and Devntech LLC processes that data on its behalf to provide the service. Our service providers are listed on our Sub-processors page. If your organization needs a Data Processing Agreement, email us at privacy@gethuble.com and we’ll send one for signature.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account any time. We retain billing records as required by law.

Liability

Huble is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months. Standard SaaS contract terms the legal team will finalize.
