The third-party sub-processors Huble uses to deliver the service. We notify customers before adding new sub-processors.

This is a draft sub-processor list used during development. The legal and security teams will confirm the final list before launch.

Hosting

AWS (us-east-1 primary, eu-central-1 for EU residency customers). Service: compute, storage, database, encryption.

Application infrastructure

Vercel (marketing site hosting), Neon (managed Postgres), Upstash (Redis), Cloudflare (CDN + DDoS).

Billing

Paddle (subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing). Stripe for direct enterprise contracts.

Communications

Postmark (transactional email), Loops (newsletter and product email).

Analytics & support

Sentry (error monitoring), Plausible (privacy-friendly web analytics), Plain (customer support).

Notice

Customers are notified at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins handling personal data. Subscribe to legal-updates@gethuble.com to be notified.
