Sub-processors

The third-party sub-processors Huble uses to deliver the service.

Infrastructure

• Hetzner: servers, database and Redis cache in the United States (Ashburn, Virginia), and file storage, including desktop screenshots, in Finland (Helsinki).
• Vercel: hosting for the website (gethuble.com) and the web app (app.gethuble.com).
• Upstash: rate limiting for the website's demo request form, which processes IP addresses.
• Cloudflare: DNS and network protection

Billing

• Paddle: subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing.

Communications

• Postmark: transactional email, such as sign-in codes and invoices.

Support and monitoring

• Crisp: support chat on the website and web app.
• Sentry: error monitoring for the web app, backend and desktop app.

Website analytics and consent

• Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager): website analytics, only for visitors who accept cookies.
• CookieYes: cookie banner and consent records.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity): session recordings and heatmaps of the website and the sign-up and sign-in pages, for visitors who come from our website and accept cookies.
