Sub-processors

Huble is a product of Devntech LLC. To provide our time tracking, project management, and invoicing services, we engage a limited number of third-party service providers, known as sub-processors, that may process personal data on our behalf.

This page lists our current sub-processors. We keep it up to date and will update it before engaging a new sub-processor that processes customer personal data.

Current sub-processors

Paddle.com Market Limited Purpose: Payments, billing, and tax as our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for all purchases made through Huble and handles payment processing, invoicing, tax, and refunds. Data processed: Billing and transaction details, name, email, and country. Location: United Kingdom and European Union.

Hetzner Online GmbH Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and hosting, including our application servers and databases. Data processed: All customer data stored by the Service, as hosted infrastructure. Location: United States (Ashburn, Virginia). Hetzner Online GmbH is headquartered in Germany.

Wildbit, LLC (Postmark) Purpose: Transactional email delivery, including sign-in one-time passcodes and account notifications. Data processed: Email address and message content for transactional emails. Location: United States.

Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) Purpose: Application error monitoring and performance diagnostics to keep the service reliable and secure. Data processed: Technical diagnostic data, which may include limited account identifiers contained in error reports. Location: United States.

Changes to this list
