How Huble collects, uses, and protects your data. We collect what you tell us to, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it any time.
Huble is a product of Devntech LLC (“Huble,” “we,” “us,” or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use Huble.
What we collect
Account data you provide, such as your name, email address, and workspace details.
Workspace and usage data generated as you use the Service, such as time entries, project metadata, and activity capture that you opt into.
Basic technical telemetry, such as browser type, operating system, and error reports, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
Billing information handled by our payment provider. Payments for Huble are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, and we do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
What we never collect
We do not collect keystroke contents, clipboard contents, the content of files you open, or the content of websites you visit. Huble is designed as a privacy-first time tracker, and activity capture is limited to what you explicitly enable.
How we use data
We use personal data to provide, maintain, and secure the Service, to process billing through our merchant of record, to communicate with you about your account, to provide support, to improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), your consent (for optional features such as certain activity capture), and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with service providers who help us operate the Service, known as sub-processors. Our current sub-processors are listed at https://gethuble.com/legal/sub-processors.
We share billing and transaction data with Paddle, our merchant of record, so that Paddle can process payments, calculate and remit taxes, provide billing support, and handle refunds. We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Huble, our users, or others.
We do not sell personal data.
International data transfers
We may process and store data in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect personal data transferred across borders.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we make customer data available for export for a limited period, then delete or anonymize it, except where longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many of these rights directly in your workspace settings, or by contacting us at support@gethuble.com. Where applicable, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our practices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where you consent, for analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie controls where available.
Children
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
