Common questions.
How does the free trial work?
14 days of the Team plan, every feature unlocked, no credit card. We send a reminder 3 days out and never auto-charge. You decide if and when to pick a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up, invite your team, and run the full trial with email only.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan to keep going. There is no auto-charge and no free tier, so nothing happens to your account until you choose. Your work data stays safe while you decide.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who tracks time or is approved as a manager. Pure spectators, like a stakeholder watching a dashboard, do not count.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading prorates immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal, so we never charge for what you do not use.
What is the difference between Starter and Team?
Starter covers tracking, projects, billable rates, timesheets, and invoicing. Team adds activity and screenshot capture, app and URL insights, project margin, the custom report builder, and live support.
How does activity capture work, what do you actually record?
Active-window titles, input cadence counters, and optionally URLs from the active tab. You control what is captured per project, per person, and per device. Activity capture is available on Team and Enterprise.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain export access for 30 days after the trial ends; data retention depends on the plan you choose. Then we permanently delete or hand back everything. We never use customer data to train anything.
Do you offer SSO, SCIM, DPA, and custom contracts?
SSO and SCIM on Enterprise. DPA available on all paid plans. Custom contracts, security review support, and on-prem options on Enterprise.
