Yes — Data Center is a separate download and runs the same field-mapping flow as the cloud version. Self-hosted Huble instances can connect to self-hosted Jira without internet hops.
Can Huble post time entries to Jira's Tempo plugin?
Yes — if Tempo is installed in your Jira instance, Huble writes worklogs in the Tempo-compatible format. No double entry.
