Lead the insights surface — reports, finances, capacity. You'll work with two engineers and one designer on the highest-leverage section of the product.

- Own the insights roadmap: reports, project margin, capacity planning
- Run customer discovery weekly; synthesize themes into shippable bets
- Write specs that the engineers shipping them think are well-written
- Lead the Friday demo for your pod every week
- Run a customer-advisory board of 8–12 customers; meet quarterly
What we're looking for
- 6+ years product management, with at least 2 on a data-heavy surface
- Comfortable in SQL — you can run your own queries, not just ask for them
- Have shipped a real reporting product, not a "we have a dashboard" feature
- Strong written communication; you live in docs
- Have opinions on bet-sizing and aren't afraid to push back on engineering
