Own onboarding and expansion across the Huble customer base. You'll work directly with agencies, consultancies, and engineering teams from day one of their trial through their second year.

- Own onboarding for new Team and Business customers
- Run quarterly business reviews with the top 40 accounts
- Lead the customer-advisory board (8–12 customers, quarterly meetings)
- Sit in the engineering Friday demo so handoffs to product are frictionless
- Build the playbook for the next 2 hires on the CS team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in CS, account management, or onboarding at a SaaS company
- Have run a CS function (even of 1) end-to-end
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and the product UI — you can run your own QBR data pulls
- Strong written communication — most customer touchpoints are async
- Like building processes from scratch; the playbook here doesn't exist yet
